I have been a broadcaster and entertainer for...well, all my life...I can remember my mother taking me aside when I was around ten and telling me that even comedians need a good education, so I had better buckle down and learn!  I have done stand-up comedy...I have been a radio personality for most of my career.... I have been on the air in los angeles, dc, denver and all over the country via the unistar radio network and the jones satellite radio network, and all over europe via the american forces network.  I was in the army for 12-years...didn't stay because I had reached a  rank where they wouldn't let me on the air anymore.  my last assignment was in the pentagon producing video documentaries for the dept of the army and the dept of defense...over the years, I have interviewed just about everyone from alice cooper to zz top...I spent a week on the road with darryl hall and john oates...worked as a roadie for yes at a concert in amsterdam...sat up all night talking politics with dee snyder of twisted sister...ozzie osbourne and his wife baby-sat for my son once...played soccer with def leppard...when I was assigned to brussels, I lived in a cottage built into the wall of an 800 year-old abbey...had great halloween parties...I have dined at fouquet's on the champs ellese...and the macdonald's a few blocks away from it...I have been a guest at the table of the ambassadress to belgium and I have shared a pizza over a heating grate with a group of homeless men in nashville...I have shared an incredible steak dinner with friends at morton's in chicago and shared cold m.r.e.s with peasants in a Japanese rice paddy...I have seen incredible ice-sculptures in innsbuck, austria and felt like an ice sculpture on the slopes at crested butte...found a mr. donut in tokyo where you can get a great cup of american coffee...but also discovered that ordering a quarter pounder at the macdonald's across the street from it was a very bad idea...the japanese eat their burgers rare....extremely rare!  I was born in Oklahoma…lived in new mexico, texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Germany and Belgium, but have lived in Colorado for so long, I must be an honorary native by now.
