Started Sports Casting in Mexia Texas. Did the play-by-play for the Groesbeck, TX Goats. Opening line: “Welcome to Goat field…….

Born in Lincoln Nebraska. Lived in many places, Army brat. Kentucky, Germany, Missouri, Texas (Mexia, College Station, Temple, Waco, Corpus Christi)…Colorado Springs was always home base.

First presenter of “The Athena award”. Presented to Women in Business in Colorado Springs, along with Carrie Shaffer of Ad-Staff.

First job: Unloading grain at the elevator in Beeville, TX. 110 degrees and breathing grain dust all day.  Then radio in the air conditioning all day….let’s see…which one did I like better?

Favorite Food: It was Steak and Lobster until I met Gary Street, now it’s Vienna Beef Hotdogs.  Mmmmmm mmmmmm mmmmmmm the other stuff was too expensive anyway.

Favorite Movie: Goodfellas. “What do you mean funny? You mean funny, like a clown, like I amuse you?”

Avid Craps and Video Poker player. When I retire it will be in Vegas. Unless they have Craps in Cripple Creek by then. Wait…no it’s Vegas.

Paints and draws. My artwork will be worth millions, but probably not until I am gone.

Music: Rush, Supertramp, Def Leppard, AC/DC, I truly love this music we play. But I also have the entire Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis, Jr Collections. Go Figure.
