First radio job:
A little 'daytimer' station in Reno
Nevada that had to power down after 6pm....
Made $400/month! (I would have done it for
free)
Strange name:
Named after the Shawnee Indian
Nation...well ACTUALLY named after a billboard
sign my parents saw ADVERTISING Shawnee
Pottery...but close enough....
Life:
Army brat...lived in Germany,
Thailand, Hawaii and more
Went to college and threw all that knowledge
away and became a DJ
I live in Woodland Park ...
Just me, my 16 year old son Shawn and my 8yr
old lab mix named Joey Kokopelli

career...I like to think of it as a life
choice....

Sleep...I read mostly space /
science/ physics books from macro to
quantum...attend Starfest annually along with
the National Space Symposium and International
Space Development Conferences. Give me my Star
Trek, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and Japanese
Anime (especially Naruto)..... I know...a real
geek....
Love to camp, white water raft, cook, watch
my Broncos, Avalanche and Nuggets win!
