The last Friday of the month Anderson will announce one name live on-the-air at 3:30pm.  The winner will have 10 minutes and 39 seconds to call in to win the free mortgage payment. 

Winners will need to provide mortgage statement (first mortgage only - no seconds, no late fees)

Driver License and sign a W-9.
